I'm new to yoga. Will this be too advanced for me?
Naturopathic Yoga™ caters for all body types and all stages of health. Absolute beginners all the way through to experienced yogis are welcomed!
I'm pregnant. Can I still do yoga?
Yes, it is encouraged to maintain your health and fitness during pregnancy. There are some poses such as deep twists and certain breathing techniques (pranayama) that would be discouraged during pregnancy. If you have a specific pregnancy question, please get in contact prior to beginning your membership.
What equipment do I need to do yoga?
A yoga mat is advised, though you can practice yoga with no equipment if you like! For those wanting to be super prepared, some Naturopathic Yoga sequences utilise yoga mat, strap, block and bolster.
