I reserve the right to choose which clients I take on. This is based on whether if we are a good ‘fit’. I will do my best to support you in achieving your desired outcomes, utilising Naturopathic Yoga™, however it is up to you to work with me to be as clear as possible with what it is you are hoping to achieve to get the results you are aiming for. I offer a free discovery call prior to working with you to ensure we are both happy to go ahead with the creation of your series of Naturopathic Yoga™.

It is my responsibility to ensure your privacy is kept confidential at all times, and you have access to our agreed program within a timely manner. It is further my responsibility to communicate with you if there are any unexpected delays.

The information and services I provide you with is based on both traditional and recent research, as well as information learned from experts in various areas of the health field. I am committed to consistently updating my knowledge base so you receive the best possible yoga series for your program(s).

If you have a complaint about the services or products provided you may refer to the code of conduct (see footer of website) for further action.

VISITOR RESPONSIBILITES

It is your responsibility as a visitor to use this information provided on Naturopathic Yoga™ as a reference point, not a diagnosis or treatment. You may find information that is relevant to your health condition however, please do not use this information to replace medical advice.

DOWNLOADS

Digital downloads are available once you either purchase or sign up to our email list. Upon purchasing any product from our website, you will be added to our mailing list as this is how we deliver the product and information to you.

If you ever wish to unsubscribe from our programs or email lists, you can do so by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the footer of the email or email us and ask to be removed.

Naturopathic Yoga ™ provides programs and services that are created specifically for the clients we tend to see the most. It is my aim to help you achieve your desired outcomes with your health and through committing to a program, I see this as the fastest way to reaching your goals.

If you have a diagnosed medical condition, it is important to speak to your health professional before undergoing a new program. These programs are not designed to diagnose or treat medical conditions. We aim to treat you as an individual, not the disease you come in with.

Products related to Naturopathic Yoga™ are specifically created for Naturopaths with an online offering. These yoga series are created for you exclusively to service your audience with a holistic movement component which will compliment your current online program.

I will do my best to support you in achieving your desired program outcomes, however it is up to you to stay in communication with your wants and needs in order for me to deliver the Yoga series to your specifications.

This disclaimer relates to my products and services.

I have a Bachelor of Health Science, specializing in Naturopathy (2006 til present). I have created these specific programs within accordance of my qualifications and to the best of my ability.

I have been a yoga student for 14 years, and teaching yoga since 2018. I am insured for both Naturopathy and Yoga however it is the responsibility of the person completing the yoga poses to do so safely, within their level of fitness and health status. Please ensure you read the disclaimer at the beginning of each yoga flow and consider visiting your health professional prior to completing any yoga poses you believe may risk your health. I have developed each series within accordance of my qualifications, skill, know-how and expertise. Due care has been taken with each pose to explain it at a beginner-level to avoid injury to the participant.

Nothing in this disclaimer shall: limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence; limit or exclude our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; limit any of our liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or exclude any of our liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

It is my responsibility to deliver products and services in a timely manner, ensuring all clients have had ample time to take action on their program prior to making significant changes. I take responsibility for notifying all clients if there is a change in the program outline during the time of their agreement and will warn clients if they are at risk of breaching the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

It is important to make an informed choice when selecting a program. Please make contact with any queries prior to purchasing to ensure the program is suitable for your needs.

These programs are specifically created for qualified Naturopaths and/or Natural Health Practitioners. It is not recommended you buy Naturopathic Yoga™ for your online program if you do not fit this description.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website is protected by copyright. No portion of this website may be copied or replicated in any form without the written consent from me.

Once your Naturopathic Yoga™ series has been handed over to you (the client), then you will own all intellectual property in relation to your series; voice overs, yoga flows and music.

This does not apply to series that have been created by Naturopathic Yoga™ for sale to multiple clients. If you are found using Naturopathic Yoga™ in your online program without paying a royalty, you will be asked to pay a royalty for using the series. It will then be your choice to take down the series from your program or make payment. If payment is not received after warning, then legal action will be taken.

I own the registered and unregistered trademarks on Womens Health Online for Naturopathic Yoga, and NY logo. You may not use these marks for any purpose without my express permission.

Payment Terms

FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept credit/debit card, Stripe payment gateway and bank deposit as methods of payment.

PAYMENT PLANS

Are available to people who ask for them. Prices on the website are total for the entire program. If requiring a payment plan, credit/debit card details will be securely stored in our third party payment gateway and regular payments will be taken from your card/account. It is expected that anyone on a payment plan has sufficient funds available for the payments to go through on the agreed payment date, and the program is paid in full prior to the program end date.

Naturopathic Yoga™ payment plans are priced excluding GST. Please note there will be GST added during the add to cart and payment process.

Clients paying via payment plan- it is appreciated and requested that you have your Naturopathic Yoga™ Series paid in 3 x equal payments over 8 weeks, from the time of discovery call. This is to ensure smooth filming, editing and delivery of your series on time, on the agreed date.

If you are experiencing difficulty paying for your series, please send clear communication to Amy before the payment is due to come out of your account. If I process a payment and it does not go through, another attempt will be made within 48 hours and you will be contacted for alternative payment arrangements.

SECURITY POLICY

Naturopathic Yoga™ has an active SSL certificate, keeping your information safe when processing payment information. Forms of payment are outlined above. Card details will only be stored if on a payment plan or if you request to have them saved.

Shipping and Delivery

SHIPPING

If necessary, goods will be posted via Australia Post and shipping fees payable by the client. If paying upfront for a program, shipping is inclusive of your program price.

Any digital information will be sent via email or delivered via Dropbox link.

DELIVERY

All communication is via phone, email, Facebook messenger or Zoom. Initial discovery calls are preferred via Zoom in order to meet each other and get a ‘feel’ of the business relationship. If we are a good fit, further communication is preferable via Facebook messenger or email.

Delivery of final Naturopathic Yoga™ series will be via Dropbox. This is consistent for royalties and exclusive series.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

I do not offer a refund on Naturopathic Yoga™ but I will meet with the client to discuss their concerns and negotiate a win/win solution. There may be a situation that arises where your needs and/or circumstances change. I would appreciate being communicated with at your earliest convenience, so we can make alternative arrangements.

If you are not happy with your series, get in touch via email and we will aim to come to an agreement of what is fair to both parties.

A revision of content editing payable at $55/hour payable by the client. Revision requests must be made within 7 days of handover of your completed series.

Consumer Guarantees

If there is ever a problem with a product that is posted to you, please let me know at your earliest convenience and we can organise a replacement (if broken).

If your electronic download is blank or is unable to be opened from your web browser, try using a different web browser first, then try to download again. If there is any issue after trying different devices and browsers, please contact Amy for access via a different method.

If communications need to be rescheduled for any reason (sickness or travel for example), Amy will give you as much notice as possible to offer another time to connect. Likewise, if there is sickness (or another reason why you cannot make your appointment) it would be greatly appreciated if you could organise or request a different time with more than 24 hours notice.

Naturopathic Yoga™ guarantee.

This is an exclusive series created for you and your business. All intellectual property (visuals, music and voice overs) will be yours from the time of hand over/download of your yoga series, ongoing. I make no guarantee that your clients will utilise the series, nor do I take responsibility for distribution, marketing or advertising of your program. Your Naturopathic Yoga™ series will remain property of Womens Health Online until your series is paid in full.

I guarantee your series will be delivered within 2 weeks of filming.

Commenting on blog articles is encouraged however spam, unapproved advertising, disrespectful or rude comments will be reported and deleted. I reserve the right to filter comments on blog posts in this regard.

RESPONSIBLE ENGAGEMENT

When completing purchases within our online store, it is appreciated if you require payment plans or anything else specific for your needs, that you get in contact via email prior to purchasing. By reading this you agree to the payment terms outlined above.

Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Womens Health Online and Naturopathic Yoga™ are located in Currumbin Waters, Queensland, Australia. This agreement is subject to the governing law of Queensland.

If you have any issue or complaint arising out of your use of this website or these terms and conditions, you and Womens Health Online agree to make a genuine effort to resolve the dispute through negotiation and discussion.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute by negotiation and discussion within 14 days, the parties must proceed to mediation with the assistance of an accredited mediator who is independent of the parties. The mediator is to be appointed by agreement of the parties or, failing agreement within twenty-one (21) days of the first notification of the dispute, by a person appointed by the Chair of Resolution Institute, (ACN 008 651 232, Level 2, 13-15 Bridge Street, Sydney NSW 2000; telephone: 02 9251 3366, email: [email protected]) or the Chair’s designated representative. The Resolution Institute Mediation Rules shall apply to the mediation. We agree to share the costs of mediation equally between us.

It is a condition precedent to the right of either party to commence litigation other than for interlocutory relief that it has first offered to submit the dispute to mediation. Litigation is to be considered a last resort and may not be commenced until, in the opinion of the independent mediator, the potential for negotiation and mediation have been exhausted.
