Naturopathic Yoga was developed by Amy Mingin after she had been a clinical Naturopath & yoga instructor for over a decade, meeting hundreds of burned out and stressed women, she realised she needed to bring the yoga to the people rather than the other way around.

She saw the need for daily mindfulness as well as the explanation of 'why' people needed to do yoga and therefore created an online platform for Naturopathic Yoga for people of all walks of life to access from home in as little as 10 minutes per day.
